What happens on a Bhiwani job
- 1. Roof visit from Hisar.
An engineer drives from the Delhi Road office, about 70 km, measures the roof, and checks shade. You do not travel to Hisar for the survey.
- 2. DHBVN net meter and subsidy file.
PM Surya Ghar paperwork is prepared here. The net-meter application goes to Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN), which supplies Bhiwani.
- 3. Install and commissioning.
Panels go up on the scheduled day. After the DHBVN meter is commissioned, exported units offset the bill the same way they do for Hisar homes.
